A full end-to-end product design project delivered by Elcoan Lanka for a client in Switzerland. The goal was to create a smart E-Label device using E-Paper display technology designed for ultra-low power consumption and wireless connectivity.
This project covered every stage of product development, from initial concept to a fully assembled, ready-to-deploy product.

What We Delivered
We handled the complete product lifecycle in-house
- PCB Design Custom circuit board designed from scratch, optimized for minimal power draw and compact layout
- PCB Manufacturing & Assembly Boards manufactured and components assembled with full quality checks
- 3D Enclosure Design Custom enclosure modeled in CAD, tailored to fit the PCB and display perfectly
- 3D Printing & Finishing Enclosures 3D printed, finished, and assembled with the electronics
- Firmware Development Embedded firmware written to drive the E-Paper display, manage WiFi communication, and handle power management
- Complete Product Delivery Fully assembled units tested, packaged, and delivered to the client
This project is a strong example of Elcoan Lanka's capability to take an idea from concept to a complete, market-ready product covering hardware, software, and mechanical design under one roof.
